Muggsy is just a rescue pup living his best life, every day. He hails from the "means streets" of Winchester, VA where he was scooped up by a rescue group and adopted by his human Mom, Tina. He takes his job as Arf Director very seriously by taking long naps and insisting his tennis ball is thrown to him as often as possible.
